Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or changing your mind.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are unable to offer a replacement or refund for orders that are undeliverable, lost, or returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping information. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
